2. Products
We specialize in the export, wholesale supply, and distribution of:
- Indian Rice
- Fresh Vegetables

All products are supplied subject to availability, seasonal conditions, and market fluctuations.
3. FOB (Free On Board) Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all export shipments shall be conducted on FOB (Free On Board) Indian Port basis.
Under FOB terms:
- Bhagyabati Devi Traders is responsible for packing, handling, customs clearance, and loading goods onto the designated vessel at the agreed Indian port.
- Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the vessel.
- The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, marine insurance, destination customs clearance, duties, taxes, and inland transportation at the destination country.
- Any changes in shipping schedules, port congestion, or force majeure events may affect delivery timelines.
4. Pricing
- Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.
- Final prices will be confirmed through a Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract.
- Export prices are generally quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Terms
- Advance payment or Letter of Credit (L/C) may be required for export orders.
- Payment terms will be specified in the Proforma Invoice.
- Goods will be dispatched only after confirmation of payment or compliance with agreed payment terms.
6. Quality Assurance
We strive to maintain high-quality standards for all products. Product specifications, grades, packaging, and quality parameters will be clearly mentioned in quotations and sales agreements.
7. Delivery
Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Transportation delays
- Government regulations
- Port congestion
- Other circumstances beyond our control
8. Claims & Disputes
Any claim regarding quantity, quality, or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by relevant documents and evidence.
9. Force Majeure
Bhagyabati Devi Traders shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
